On Tuesday, June 14, students in Architecture III presented their final project. The competition was judged by FOX architects, our classroom partner. The design objective was to help Phelps envision a new, community-facing lobby.

Architecture students presented their UrbanPlan Projects at the District Architecture Center on Mar. 29. The winning proposal included 20% affordable housing and 45% carbon offset. Teams were praised for their presentations and ability to respond to the council's questions.

Young Men of Phelps and PENDMV hosted a Black Leadership Luncheon with guest speaker, WUSA 9 Sports Director Darren Haynes. The event encouraged students to live in their purpose and understand what leadership looks like in person and on social media.
