🏃 Wearable technology can be extremely valuable in managing patients through prehabilitation and rehabilitation. We use wrist straps in group classes. The sensors provide accurate, real-time data so that we can ensure patients are exercising safely and effectively.

Thanks to our Public & Patient Involvement group who met today so we could give them an update on the study & gain their contributions for next steps. We discussed what digital tech could do for cancer patients, esp. during treatment, “when your common sense is not working”.
