Guy Thomas Fisher was one of the founding members of "The Council" in Harlem. A big heroine dealer, he had a private jet & often flew to Switzerland & Italy for shopping trips. He carried thousands of dollars in his Rolls Royce & bet thousands on basketball games at Rucker Park.
