These two had a great meet at Kirkwood. Ariana had a personal best time of 56.08 in the 400, season best in LJ, & helped the 4x2 &4x4 to season best times. KJ took 1st in HJ, battled a stacked field to take 3rd in the 100, also ran on the 4x2 & ran a season best split in the 4x4!

Amazing 400 race on Thursday. Ariana & Paige battled back & forth during the race that came in very cold temps and brutal wind. After the race they hugged & encouraged each other knowing that their teammate helped take them to the next level. So proud of these girls. 💜💛

I forgot to post our distance girls in super fan status. The 4x8 didn’t run until Saturday and these girls showed up BIG on Friday to cheer on the sprint & field events. Really helped us come together as a TEAM. 💜💛
