@GingerAaron I keep my desk clean but never ending the day with anything on it! Everything has to have a home before I depart. Starting the day with a clean work space is such an energizer!

@GingerAaron I do both drop-off and pick-up duty. A must for me is to say "Good Morning" to each child that is dropped off. Some kids don't get that at home. During pick-up a must for me is a smile and a wave to the parents. They need to see this to show the enthusiasm I have for my job.

@GingerAaron Last year we started bringing our portable speaker out for morning arrival and it’s been a game changer! Kids and staff alike are coming in with big smiles on their faces and some pep in their steps to start the day!!
