It's here. Tar spot confirmed in Poweshiek and Audubon Counties in Iowa. But keep your fungicide powder dry. It's too early to apply them, says @alisonrISU. There's also plenty of dry weather left this summer to slow it down.

Last month, I spent a great afternoon visiting with 2025 Iowa Master Farmers Roger and Ellen Buehler and their son Barry near Odebolt about Roger's service in the U.S. Marine Corps in Vietnam and also about their farming operation. #2025IowaMasterFarmers
