Problem solved. If you don't see your Inbox a simple refresh should work. If it doesn't then revoking permissions and logging in again will do the trick. Here's a knowledge base article on how to do that:

We are aware of the Inbox loading problem - we're on it. Sortd is still ok though. As a workaround please use sidebar mode (click on the arrow on the Sortd tab on the right to find that), and use the 'Add to Board' button at the top of the mail preview to add an email to Sortd.

This issue seems to have resolved itself. If you are still experiencing problems please send us a mail at team@sortd.com and we will investigate further.

It seems that Google has an outage that's affecting some locations, but most seem to be fine. If you are in one of those locations we can sympathize - it's also affecting us internally. Will keep you posted.
