In 2019, we started Frank on a mission to empower workers to have a voice in their workplace and provide them tools to ensure they were heard. We still deeply believe in the vision, but we've come to the decision that we can no longer pursue it as an independent company.

To the organizers and our labor partners, thank you. Thank you for the years of feedback, product reviews, beta tests, intros, and most of all, thank you for the work you do on behalf of workers. It has been a great honor to serve and seek to build for you.

We've been working behind the scenes and successfully managed the transition of all current organizers, workers, & campaigns on Frank to union or worker center partners that can best support them moving forward. No workers will be left behind. DMs are open if you have questions.

We're actively in discussion to find a new home for Frank - to live on within an org that is mission aligned and has the resources to continue serving workers & organizers. But it won’t be as independent company, so we’re pausing new organizations or campaigns for the time being.

We're proud of the workers that stepped forward to build power in their workplaces and trusted our tools to support their campaigns. We're particularly proud of the campaigns started on Frank that have won their unions and tangible gains in wages, benefits, & more in their CBAs.

Amazon sent out this notification telling warehouse workers nationwide that they can’t access facilities if they’re not on the clock. This is how Amazon warehouse workers were able to win a union at JFK8. Even if it’s not enforced “discriminatorily,” could have chilling effect.

Abortion rights are labor rights are human rights. When Labor is strong it can wield power to demand action. It has done so in the past advancing human rights, and can do so again.

NEW: Chipotle workers in Maine are unionizing. Workers at a store in Augusta filed to form the company's FIRST EVER union. They're forming an independent union called Chipotle United.
