Servant of God. Spiritual writer. "Reaching out to others with a greater understanding provides a greater understanding of Christ's love in our hearts."

It took me a long time to understand the love of Jesus. I had to learn His love was not something for me to hold onto, but to share with the people around me. Only by sharing His love, by reaching out with it to others, could I understand the value of having that love in my life.

How can any doubt, fear, misery, pain or discomfort be of any importance when we know one day we will be with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ?

one thing I learned is not only finding the love of Christ in my heart despite the fears, doubt, obstacles, and seemingly unsurmountable odds, but my need to share His love that others might believe in His love despite the fears, doubts, and obstacles in their hearts, too.

How can we make a home in our minds for doubt, fear, anxiety and worry if we truly believe in and want to find the Home Jesus has already made for Himself in our hearts?

As Christians, how can we say "our day is bad" when our lives have been saved by the blood and suffering of Jesus Christ?

When we "go to the table" we should go there not just for ourselves, but to share the love of Jesus in our hearts with the other people around the table.

Reading Scripture is important not for what it adds to our lives but how it reminds us of the love of Jesus already in us. It also teaches us how to practice His love, too, so non-believers around us might not only see His love in us but believe He can live in their hearts, too.

It's not what we do that matters but He who we put in charge of what we do. Through Christ, we can accomplish things we cannot even imagine in our lives.

For Thanksgiving, let's "give more thanks" to others, be more appreciative and grateful of even the most simplest things others do for us, out of the gratefulness of all God has given to us.
