Teeth grinding is a thing...I don't do that, but I often find myself clenching my jaws tight, and I also write drum patterns with my teeth. Is that weird? I've been doing that since childhood and I'm just realizing that it's a thing I do often and a lot.

I started writing a song last summer but let it marinate in my songwriter’s fridge for a year because I couldn’t finish it. All it took to finish the song was a delightful afternoon with @briget. We lived a songwriter’s dream today. Can’t wait for you all to hear the song.
