I started working straight out of varsity, earning a decent salary, had no dependents or “black tax” at the time - but I wasted the 1st 6yrs by NOT INVESTING. I could be in early retirement by now 😭😭 I hope young ppl are paying attention, start investing with your 1st salary

Reviewed my budget from last month. And wow. I spent way more than I was willing to on "guilt-free spending". I'm either spending recklessly, or I could direct my money to better uses. I think it's a bit of both. This is why budgeting is so important.
