Hey @British_Airways, it's been 5 months since my delayed flight and still no compensation or hotel expenses reimbursed? Seriously? A 24-hour delay is no joke, I expect better customer service than this! #Disappointed ✈️😡 Referred to CEDR @SimonCalder any advice?
