With cold plunging, weight training, regular fasting, healthier eating (I still drink occasionally), taking Tongkat Ali, and trying to get good sleep, since Oct of last year I have:. Increased my Testosterone from 506 to 605 .Increased my Free Testosterone by 18%. At almost 52
Looks like I can put off testosterone therapy a little longer. NGL, i'm pretty happy about this one.

I deleted X from my phone in hopes of reducing my electronic stimulus addiction. I have nothing but love for my frens and GC's on this platform, I just need more time to let life, thoughts, and even boredom happen. I am not leaving, just spending less time. I hope! ❤️.
