First plot of the year is finally in at Madison, MN. 12 hybrids from 96-106 RM. should get some good looks at some exciting genetics. #plant25 #letstalkseed @AgriGold

One of the last plots of the year. 30 entires by Averill, MN. A618-34 and A616-30 finished in the top five. A619-06 also in the top ten. Huge wins in this wet early and dry late plot. #LetsTalkSeed @AgriGold

RT @AgriGold: What’s the most important thing a farmer can do once harvest is wrapped up? Test soils, says @GehrlsJake. #AgriGold #PlantFor….

First plot of the year is off. A629-55VT2RIB showed very well. Plot started out wet this year and got very dry late in the season. Still managed a 233 bu/ac average across all entries. A very nice start to harvest.

Just a couple of hybrids looking awesome in the countryside with some below ground protection. A628-51SSP and A634-11SSP. A628-51 had a great year last year and is looking even better this year. #LetsTalkSeed @AgriGold

This is A631-08. A new 101 day. Emerged about perfect. Been looking good all season in about every environment. Holds its ear size through those tougher spots. This one will be hard to beat. @AgriGold #LetsTalkSeed

The kernel size has already been very impressive on A626-39 and A631-08. They should show some pretty impressive yields this fall. @AgriGold #LetsTalkSeed

I have been really happy and excited for this product. A631-08 shot out of the ground really well and still looks great after pollination. The ears even look good in those tough spots. Can’t wait to see yield data on this one. @AgriGold #LetsTalkSeed

I have never seen so many doubles in my life. Seems like every plot or field I go into has more way doubles than normal. Just shows what these plants can do with adequate water and nutrition. Hope they hold on. @AgriGold #LetsTalkSeed

Western rootworm beetles in new locations and corn just starting to tassel and silk. May not be a good combination. We have been having issues the past few years. Take notes of damage and beetles and be ready to make changes going forward. #LetsTalkSeed @AgriGold

Considering the water in this plot north of Devils Lake, ND. A612-41 and A614-21 have been looking pretty good outside the drown out spots. @AgriGold #LetsTalkSeed

Appears to be a bit of a sulfur deficiency in this hybrid. Really sticks out from the road. All hybrids were showing symptoms to some degree. This one just stood out. #LetsTalkSeed

What a day. Wind laying the corn down. Areas still ponded with water and blowing in the same field. Also, some areas that were planted early are showing some slightly reduced stand. Seeing the importance of the first 48 hours after planting. #LetsTalkSeed
