And well done to fellow 1st XVIII co-captain, Noah Long, on being selected with pick 58 by the @WestCoastEagles in this year’s #AFLDraft. Noah overcame an injury-interrupted season to perform very well for Vic Country at the National Championships, as well as when leading GGS.

@geelongcollege The day concluded with the Boys’ 1st Footy fixture, which was a low-scoring affair w/ a little bit of everything (including a behind post being uprooted by a Year 11 student, who came away unscathed). Our 1sts prevailed by four points; the Derby winning streak now sits at eight.

Congratulation to our Girls’ 1st Football on winning a nail-biting derby clash against The Geelong College last night. In a match highlighted by some incredible last-ditch defending from both teams, GGS was able to repel one last attack from TGC to secure victory in fading light.
