@elonmusk @Hertz 6. When I returned the vehicle, 3 different associates repeatedly told me to put the car key on top of the car when I leave. When I asked why they told me they had issues with car locking out on them. @Tesla please fix it! @elonmusk

@elonmusk @Hertz 4. I was told I needed to bring the car back with 80%+ battery charge, otherwise I would be getting a $25 EV Recharge fee. After I brought the car back with 93% battery, on the final invoice I was still charged $25 EV battery fee. Had to call Hertz to get a refund.

@elonmusk @Hertz 3. The drive is smooth as you would expect from a Tesla. Mechanics worked flawlessly, except the interior where the trim was falling apart. @Hertz can’t charge a premium for this presentation.

2. Car key worked! Kind of. For some reason the car disappeared from my app and I lost car key access. I was lucky that I brought the keycard with me, otherwise I would’ve been locked out. @elonmusk @Hertz

Couple of thoughts after my Model 3 rental with Hertz from San Diego Airport 💭 🧵@Tesla @elonmusk @Hertz 1. Amazing experience that I could just get in, scan a QR code on screen, and my Tesla profile loads, even with my favorites and seat positions.

Anyone interested in finding out what @elonmusk is about to do with the border issue?

I can totally see our tax money gonna be spent on redeeming those companies….
