I've also looked in to getting solar, batteries or both through yourselves (and my enquiries there have been handled well), but your current general customer service wait times put me off. Always through instantly in my 4+ years with Eon prior. Would love to see it sorted. 👍.

Not that it should matter for the record, but I also fly with you a lot, have status with you and spend 100s of 1000s of Avios with you, but anyway. Can you please confirm how long your customer service lead time is presently?.

Yesterday I was lucky enough to have the most incredible day touring the @MercedesAMGF1 F1 Factory, courtesy of the guys at @noblechairs 🏎️. I wasn’t allowed to take any photos on the tour (for obvious reasons!), but it was nothing short of amazing 🙌
