Neonatal Lupus. Presentation: Annular, erythematous plaques on face/scalp in the first weeks, resolving by 6–12 months. Key Clue: Maternal anti-Ro & anti-La positive → transplacental antibody transfer. Important: Screen for CHB (ECG/Echo) even if asymptomatic.
