Living intentionally is hard. Living accidentally is also hard. One path is hard but makes you better. The other path is hard because it’s making you (and things around you) worse. The question is which hard path you’re willing to endure.

"WR Willingness" is a legitimate trait. A WR who is willing to: - Insert into the Box to Block in the Run Game - Run Full Speed on a Clearout Route - Bump into the Slot to Block on a Screen - Run a Jet Sweep - Compete on Special Teams ... is INFINITELY more valuable.

Your belief in someone may be the catalyst they need to believe in themselves, to make a change, to come alive and pursue their best. Leaders multiply belief.

Most don't want to do what's required to get better. Why? Because what's required is inconvenient for them. It's not in their schedule. It doesn't immediately reward them. The best show up on purpose. They know today's efforts produce tomorrow's fruit. They pay the price.

You won’t get better by doing it every now and then. You won’t get better by doing it when you feel like it. You won’t get better by doing it when it’s convenient. You get better by doing the work consistently. 🪵🪓

You’ll never unlock your potential as long as you’re comfortable saying yes to average. Level up. Lean into the uncomfortable. Raise your standard.

Every athlete wants the same thing: To play free. To play confident. To play at their peak. But there are 4 obstacles that hold back athletes the most… 1. FEAR: Fear of failure. Fear of judgment. Fear of not being enough. 2. INABILITY TO HANDLE FAILURE: The great ones don’t

Discipline over time leads to results. Over time. Not today, not immediately, not when you want. Over time. Be patient but persistent. Show up every day. Be driven by purpose, not ego. Be in it for the impact, not the glory. 🪵🪓

Complaining is selfish. Choose gratitude. Choose to contribute. Choose to focus on what you can control.

You will unintentionally be inconsistent. Choose to be consistent. You will unintentionally be negative. Choose to be positive. You will unintentionally be distracted. Choose to be focused. You will unintentionally be afraid. Choose to be confident. Choose to be better.

It’s not about what you can do, it’s about what you’re willing to do. Average is a choice. So is excellence. Own the way you show up.

You will face adversity. Everybody does. You don't have to like adversity. Nobody does. You can use adversity to get better. The best do. Own your mindset. Own your growth. Keep showing up. ⛈️🦬

This right here is why this guy is in the NFL. Most high school kids would’ve jogged after getting rocked like this and begged for a flag. Take note. It’s cool playing with relentless effort.

Gratitude is about your mindset, not your situation. It’s about your perspective, not your circumstances. Gratitude is a choice. Choose to see the good. Choose to celebrate the good. Gratitude multiplies.
