USDA AMS classing data indicates 33% of projected U.S. production has been classed. Other than that, the cotton market continues flying blind with no USDA NASS, FAS, or WAOB data, at least until Nov. 14.

See those slivers of white in the green stocks/use columns during Oct. 2013 & 2018? Those are missing WASDE data from gov't shutdowns. USDA and CFTC reports won't happen. Next WASDE is week from tomorrow. Hope shutdown is resolved by then, for lots of reasons.
