2/3 Temporary reinstatement is in place along the R446 and L2027. Our crew will return in the coming weeks to complete permanent resurfacing. This project supports Ireland’s growing energy needs and the shift to renewable power.

1/3 Construction is progressing well for a pipeline connection to a new customer power generation plant in Monksland, Co. Roscommon. Pipelaying along the R446 and L2027 (Drum road) near the local schools is now complete.

In July gas demand increased 22% MoM and 8% YoY. In the first coal free month in electricity generation in 40+ years. Gas supplied 51% of electricity in July, peaking at 92% and never falling below 17%. Read more here- #GasDemand #MovingIrelandsEnergy

In June, Ireland's overall gas demand dropped by 9% compared to May, and by 7% year-on-year. Despite the decline, gas remained a key energy source, accounting for 36% of the country's electricity generation during the month. #MovingIrelandsEnergy #gasDemandGNI
