Take care of your swing. Your swing is like a nice car, if you maintain it properly on a daily basis( your routine) it will take care of you.

I might be a little late, but Ben Cherington is great for Pittsburgh. He was fantastic the few interactions I had with him. The most important thing though was how honest he was. All a player can ask for is where he stands and honesty. Baseball needs more of Ben Cheringtons.
