705lbs Is a weight that most people could dedicate their lives to moving and STILL not achieve!. This dude is only a JUNIOR in high school and absolutely smacked this weight. Not only that, but he DEFINITELY had more in the tank! What an absolute freak of an athlete!

This has got to be one of the most impressive lift variations in all of weightlifting. This is over 340lbs straight from the floor to overhead. What makes it even more impressive is how strict the form is. No contact, great stability, and absolutely grinds it out at the top!

The fact that we have elementary school kids lifting with us and working harder than most athletes who claim to want to be great should motivate you. If these kids can show up every day motivated with self drive and passion there is no reason why you cant do the same!
