@cryptocom This is just unacceptable.... I've called goes straight to voice-mail. I used chat support only to be ignored and then told to redo, and still waiting on @cryptocomcs to see my dm. I can't even do the requested thing bc the app won't let me due to this being open

I don't even know how to close my current ticket you when support said to make another ticket @cryptocom @cryptocomcs I feel bad for other people who have larger issues than I do. I'm just asking for a $5 transaction to be resolved created by a malicious vendor
I don't understand if the support queue has some delays thats fine but why would you want to clog the queue up with more requests if the current support is overwhelmed
