Balance is NOT directed by time constraints or hero releases. People draw on overwatch as a template - a game with historically glacial + poor balance. Most of these games are a patch away from big improvements, but the devs are finding their way to good theory retroactively

Jesus Christ do not do that Big form is shocking, hitbox increases will literally just turn him into peni/thor analogue For low ranks it makes him unstoppable, they literally just get walked on for free He’d lose damage as a result and become genuinely worthless
Make Mr. Fantastic a vanguard The only thing he excels at is staying alive forever and contesting the point forever, that being the reason they are afraid to buff him and the reason he will always be a C - tier DPS He yearns to be a tank, just make him one
