Happy New Year! I've been meaning to create a media thread for the movies and shows I've watched over the year. I've seen others do it and it seemed fun, so I've decided to do one for 2025. Keep an eye out here and maybe recommend some stuff you think I'd enjoy checking out.

42. Chainsaw Man - The Movie: Reze Arc I don't read a lot of manga but I've read Chainsaw Man so it was nice to see a lot of scenes get adapted here. The animation is very pretty, Reze is a great character and the humor remains spot on. Still needed Power at the very end. 8/10

41. Black Phone 2 While I enjoyed a lot of the cool supernatural stuff, this movie didn’t really scratch the itch I was looking for in a supernatural horror movie. I would’ve liked some creative kills and for the killer to not get beaten at every turn. Freddy he ain’t. 6/10

40. KPop Demon Hunters (2025) I got way more invested in this then I thought I would. So many catchy songs, very likable characters, and it got me to unexpectedly cry. Can't believe it took Fortnite to make me actually watch this. 9/10

Rooting for the "-Man" Alliance in Death Battle's Champions Island. This is the dream team me thinks. (I'm aware that Henry Stickmin should never be confused with Henry "StickMAN" but he's chill, and I want him to win too lol, so he's an honorary member in my book).

The teams have been decided for Champion's Island and I'm incredibly excited to see how everything shakes up! Seeing the three horror characters together on a team is hilarious, I hope they stick together

Ruby vs Maka premieres soon. We put our entire soul into this one. When I became an artist making sprite animations I never imagined I would be able to make something like this. I guess this is what happens when you Keep Moving Forward. I hope you enjoy the episode, Monty.
200th Episode is almost here! This is a special one for all of us. I hope you are looking forward to my first 3D fight as the lead animator! Tune in for RUBY VS MAKA (#DEATHBATTLE) next Sunday! (the 21th...🌛of September)

39. House on Haunted Hill (1959) A lot of the imagery in here is iconic. The screaming witch and the skeleton reaching out to that woman are great. Vincent Price is also great just being himself, so I ultimately enjoyed this film despite some dull and annoying characters. 6/10

38. The Naked Gun (2025) One of the funniest movies I've seen in the theaters in a long time. This perfectly captures the humor from the original Naked Gun movies and Liam Neeson was such a perfect casting decision. I was laughing at almost every scene, this was great. 9/10

37. Grease 2 I liked a few of the songs and was mildly interested in following the story of our main character, but otherwise this was a very dull experience that would occasionally annoy me with its blatant sexism. It all balances out to a middle of the road experience. 5/10

36. The Phantom of the Opera (2004) I may have unfortunately been expecting too much out of this movie. There’s a song every few minutes and yet it only feels like there are three songs that they just keep swapping the lyrics to. Goosebumps did it better. 4/10

35. #BLUD This game is incredibly charming! I love the animation, the characters are all very likable, and I love this game's sense of humor! Occasionally the puzzles will get pretty tedious, but I enjoyed the challenging boss battles. 8/10

Pinhead (Hellraiser) VS Alastor (Hazbin Hotel) With the new Hellraiser game and Hazbin Hotel Season 2 getting a release date, I've had these two on my mind recently. I think these two would play off each other really well!
