don't get me wrong; money is important and having more money generally tends to make people happier (and being poor sucks ass). however, lasting happiness tends to be diversified, illegible, and centered and sacrificing all that for money is putting the cart before the horse.

i just advised a bright and talented friend to stay away from using a memecoin to cash out on their personal brand. besides (literally) selling themselves short, "get rich quick" schemes are not good for one's mental and emotional well being even when the scheme succeeds.

Just a reminder to vote again in the Nix Steering Committee election (deadline is November 3) if you originally voted using CIVS. You should have gotten an email ping, but basically the vote had to be redone using OpaVote.

for me, one of the telltale signs for bad process is when the team drops it under pressure. for example, if you skip a weekly team meeting when the team needs to be “heads down” then consider deleting the meeting. good process makes a team more effective under pressure, not less.
