King Ulanda provides us with our 15th winner of the season and gives our yard conditional Ben Smith a winning first ride back from injury. King Ulanda won last season for us and then had a couple of niggles, which we feel are ironed out & hope he can now progress.

…Our farrier showed them how the horses are shod and they did a treasure hunt around the yard, and Mr. Yeats was a star! They then left us for an afternoon at @BangorRaces trying out the equisizers and the weighing room.

Monticello also occupied the runners up spot in the winners enclosure, following on from victories in his first two runs for the yard. On Saturday we had our monthly owners morning and it was great to welcome many new faces to the yard , as well as lots of regular ones.

It was the horses fourth win for us since moving to the yard and it was great to have his owners with us. Whodini put in a great run to finish second, running all the way to the line and offering lots of optimism for the season ahead…

The following race Dexter jumped for fun and really had to grind down the horse infront. Again a massive thank you to our team at home who have been amazing through the last few weeks and it’s great to see horses in fantastic form.
