One of my biggest childhood dreams was to be a contestant on The Amazing Race.

Giuseppe has such a sickening heel archive it’s crazy to think about how badly designed all their sneakers are. Some of the ugliest designer sneakers ever in my opinion.

What’s the worst luxury/designer shoe ever? Like that one pair you absolutely HATE. For me it’s those Giuseppe’s with the zips.

Took a Mat Pilates & Body Conditioning session this morning. Immediately humbled. Only man & possibly youngest in the room, I fr couldn’t keep up. Bro the lady next to was 70+ killing it had me looking weak asf😂

As a man idc how much you can lift do not talk about strength/endurance if you’re not doing Pilates/Yoga/Full Body Conditioning.

I love seeing someone with effortless swag. Like they just exude persona from all parts of their being. They dress, speak & move with purpose to where even the accidental feels purposeful.

Randomly went to this Thai restaurant on the Upper East Side and it’s grown into one of my favorite Thai spots in the city. I’ve been back three times since I discovered it.

On Friday, Sola hosted a night school at a bar in BK where he taught a quick lecture about the history of Crown Heights. This was so cool to me cause it’s bringing formal education to an informal setting. Some food for thought over good wine & in good company!
