1st meet of the season in the books. Great way to start the year with the Battle for Wilco Park relay meet. Thank you to @LeanderXC for hosting a fun meet. Now back to work to prepare for 1st 5K next Friday.

Had a great time volunteering at the Unite for Bleeding Disorders Walk this morning. It was awesome to raise funds and bring awareness for research and injury prevention for the bleeding disorder community. Lead, Grow, Serve. @GeorgetownISD

A flat tire on the bus, rain, mud, a strained calf, and spikes the wrong size couldn't stop this group from winning the Region 3 XC Championship this morning. Tremendous effort and teamwork! Proud to coach these amazing kids.

Girls win the gold division of the Islander Splash in Corpus this morning! Great job executing the race plan in tough conditions. Had 2 team goals for the race and accomplished both.
