U8s: Our girls continue to prepare for 7v7 football next season - another great performance from Team Nutella! 💙

Our U9s participated in the @PrioryParkside tournament today. They performed brilliantly, losing to a strong Girls Utd team in the final to finish runners up. Well done girls! 💙

Today our U14s, U11s & U8s all took part in the @WillinghamFC 5-aside tournament. The U14s got knocked out in the 1/4 finals by the eventual winner, and both the U8s and U11s agonisingly lost in their respective finals 😢 A fantastic tournament, and all girls made us proud 💙

U8s: Although the season has finished, it hasn't stopped our magnificent U8s from continuing their preparations for moving to 7v7. A wonderful application of what the girls have been working on in training regarding “letting the ball do the work”. Well done team Nutella!

Yesterday was our last Wildcats session of the season 🥲. We have thoroughly enjoyed having over 60 girls attend throughout the season. A huge thank you to all the coaches for giving up their Sunday mornings and we hope to see you in August.

U8s: One of our first 7 v 7 friendlies on a massive pitch and the girls were absolutely fantastic. The key word which summarised their performance was BATTLING which Team Nutella did fantastically well at! ⚽️⚽️⚽️💙

U8s: Cracking performance from our U8s, demonstrating some great movement and passing and scoring some beautiful goals! 💙

With the amount of rain over the last 12 hours and how it looks over the next 12, we have decided to cancel Wildcats 🥲. Apologies for the late notice, but it wouldn't have been fun for anyone out there today! We'll see you all next Sunday 💙

U10s: What a game by these girls today, they worked hard from the start to finish. Was so nice to see the hard work from training clicking on the pitch. 💙

U14s: These amazing girls continued their unbeaten run with a superb performance against a strong Saffron Walden team. Some of the football on display from back to front was a joy to watch 👏🏻💙

U9s: After a long 4 weeks of no games, we took a trip up to play Netherton. After going behind in the first 30 seconds, our girls dug in, passed the ball, and made some great runs into the box. The girls got their rewards, ⚽⚽⚽⚽⚽

U8s: Another fantastic result for these little legends, who continue to improve week on week 💙

We are once again cancelling Wildcats this week. No teams have managed to play at Bearscroft for 4 weeks now - the weather gods have not been fair! We go again next week 🙏

Thanks to Over & In ladies social group for inviting our ladies recreational team over to Trumpington last night. You were great hosts (tea and biscuits always appreciated!), and we really enjoyed our round robin of matches. Look forward to getting together again soon.

This week our U9s, U10s, and U14s represented the club at the @HuntsFA Futsal County Cup. A fantastic event with each team doing an amazing job in a sport they have rarely, if ever, played 💙 Thanks to @GazMarheineke and the team for organising 👏🏻

Once again we have fallen foul of the weather and must cancel Wildcats tomorrow. We apologise again!
