The harsh reality of this business, but it’s part of why we do what we do.
Student Managers and GA’s will never have to pay a dime to find mentors, participate in professional development, or get help finding that first opportunity.
Breaking into the business of basketball coaching is an expensive endeavor. Entry level jobs can pay between $0-25K and let’s keep it real you gonna need to spend your own money to make it in this business. This thing is skewed towards ppl with financial freedom at a young age.
