Dr. John Horgan received the FBI Director’s Community Leadership Award. The FBI established this award to acknowledge the achievements of those working to make a difference in their communities through the promotion of education and the prevention of crime and violence.

Drs. Eyal Aharoni (Psychology) & Eddy Nahmias (Philosophy) earned a Brains and Behavior Seed Grant to examine the impact of AI-assistance on emergency medical triage performance. They will do this using a simulation game.

Dr. Page Anderson was awarded a CLINAQ fellowship by the NIH's Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning to Advance Health Equity and Researcher Diversity (AIM-AHEAD) Consortium for a project on using AI to identify those likely to benefit from Digital Health Interventions.

One of our alumni, Dr. Justin Williams, was recognized with the Richard Morrell Community Service Award at the 2024 Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences Psychology Graduation ceremony at Emory. This was for her contributions to the Psychology Interns and Post-doctoral Fellows.
