If overcoming fear is the goal, then stepping outside your comfort zone is the process. If being a leader is the goal, then setting the example is the process. If being mentally tough is the goal, then focusing on what you can control is the process. Work the process.

It’s okay to be frustrated, it’s not okay to quit. It’s okay to be angry, it’s not okay to lose to your cool. It’s okay to feel fear, it’s not okay to allow that fear to control your decisions. We can’t always control how we feel, but we always have control over what we do.
