We stand in solidarity with workers & urge the Sri Lankan government to change course. As the letter states, labor rights must be protected, and unions should be partners in economic, social, and political recovery and renewal. @ILAW_Network
In the name of modernization, the Govt of Sri Lanka has introduced a draft labor law aimed at the radical reduction of the fundamental rights of workers. In a letter sent today, the ILAW Network outlines some of the issues and calls on the Govt to change course. Full letter at:
