💡A 10-day trainers’ program under the #EU-funded #AIS4EE project launched to foster energy efficiency entrepreneurship in Vietnam🇻🇳. From 6-13 June in Hanoi, 30 educators from across the country joined various sessions on EE applications, startup tools & teaching methods.

This initiative is part of the capacity development project Facilitating Low-Carbon and Green Agriculture Transformation in Viet Nam, supporting Viet Nam’s transition to low-carbon rice production through targeted knowledge sharing and capacity building.

🏙️ Tam Ky steps up for a cooler, greener future!.On May 28, GGGI, DCC-MAE, UNEP & Quang Nam co-hosted a consultation on the city’s Urban Cooling Action Plan🌿.GGGI’s Energy Officer Manh Do presented policy pathways to embed cooling into local planning. 🔗

On 27 May, GGGI co-hosted a workshop with the Banking Academy on advancing green finance for Net Zero. Sustainable Finance Officer Minh Tran shared on GGGI 🇻🇳 interventions to support sustainable finance under the Viet Nam Green Bond Readiness Program. 🔗

At the Mekong–ROK Forum hosted by the Mekong Institute under the #MKCF framework, GGGI 🇻🇳CR @JuhernKim moderated the Environment session on cross-border climate challenges & solutions. Insights will inform the next Mekong–ROK Plan of Action (2026–2030). 🔗

#VOXCool, a finalist from the #AIS4EE acceleration cohort, inaugurated its cold battery plant in #DaNang. The event also marked a new JV with fellow finalist #VEEP to scale integrated cold chain solutions. 👏 Congrats to both teams on this milestone!.🔗
