Our last All Decade player for 2010-2019 is ‘15 graduate, Sean Breen. Sean was one of the toughest players to wear the maroon and gold. Sean thrived against the best pitchers in South Jersey when he faced them. Sean, a 100 hit member, hit .400 for his career with 88RBI.

Our second member of the All Decade team for 2010-2019 is Cody Brown ‘11. Cody is one of the toughest, if not the toughest Ram in history. Cody was 26-3(12-0 .80 ERA ‘11) for his career. He was SJ player of the year(all 3 papers) in 2011. Cody was a 3 time All South Jersey

Our 2nd INF for the 2010-2019 All Decade is Evan Giordano ‘18. Evan compiled 128 hits (54 xbh) out of the leadoff spot. Hammering 12 bombs as a senior and was named the SJ player of the year. Evan was a a 2x ASJ(‘17-‘18) and All State selection in ‘18. He was a 2x state champion.

The next All Decade Team member for 2010-2019 is Tyler Mondile ‘16. The Mondile name goes back generations at GC! Tyler was a 4 yr letter winner compiling 20 wins in his career. He went 6-1 w/ 0.75 ERA in ‘16. Tyler was a 2x All South Jersey, All State, and PG AA (‘15-‘16).

Our third member of the All Decade Team for 2010-2019 is John Murphy ‘15 . Murph is the Rams all time wins leader at 28! He was a 2x All South Jersey selection and 1x all state along with a 2015 PG All American selection. Murph won two state titles while at GC.

The second OF on the 2010-2019 All Decade team is Fran Kinsey ‘15. Kinsey,a two time state champ, was a career .412 hitter with 21 XBH. In his senior campaign, Fran hit .426 with 14SB 22RBI with 18BB’s while only punching out 6x’s earning a Carpenter Cup selection and 2nd team.

Our first member of the GC Baseball All Decade team from 2010-2019 is Michael Shawaryn. Shawaryn, a 2013 graduate, was a four-year letterwinner for the Rams. He helped lead GC to 4 straight state titles. Michael had a very decorated senior year going 8-2 (18 career)

Our 3rd INF for the 2010-2019 All Decade Team is Joe Brooks ‘12. Brooks was a member of 3 state championship clubs. He was a 3x tri-county all conference selection and a ‘11 All South Jersey member. In ‘11 Brooks hit .444 43 RBI and tied the South Jersey record for triples

Moving on to the OF, we will start with 2011 Graduate, Steve Wilgus as our next All Decade member for 2010-2019. Wilgus was a career .405 hitter for the rams, compiling 128 hits. While winning two state titles, he was a two time all conference and Carpenter Cup selection.

The All Decade catcher for 2010-2019 is ‘12 grad, Elliot MCCummings. Elliot was a career .404 hitter, compiling over 100 hits. Elliot his .405 with 19RBI IN 2012. Elliot was a 3 time all conference selection while helping the rams win 3 state championships.

Our 4th INF for the 2010-2019 All Decade Team is Robbie Alessandrine ‘12. Robbie was a 3x letter winner and state camp for the Rams. He posted a .451 batting average, led team in doubles with 13 ,and was a perfect 10-for-10 in stolen base attempts in 2011.

While yesterday wasn’t the result we wanted we should all be proud of the success we had this season and that we got to play 26 games after everything we went through last year. We will work hard through the whole off season, and be ready for next spring to battle to get to 20.

Our relief pitcher on the 2010-2019 All Decade is ‘18 graduate, Andrew Vail. Vail was 13-2 in his Gloucester Catholic career. He compiled a 6-0 record with a 1.85 ERA along with 30k in 29.2IP. The lefty went 7-2 in ‘18 with a 2.42 ERA tabbing an All South Jersey selection.

Sad to hear of the passing of Ram legend Bob Sebra. Sebra was a pitcher for the Rams in the 80s playing on arguably the best team in the programs history in 1980. He went on to play pro ball. The entire Ram/Brooker Family want to extend their condolences to the Sebra family.

Our next OF for the 2010-2019 All Decade team is ‘19 graduate, Lilo Paxia. Lilo had one of the most decorated careers in GC history. Lilo ranks in the top 5 at GC in hits(131) and RBI(121). Lilo, a 2x state champ hit a career .521 with a .640 OB%.
