Did you know the Herb Garden we manage in Greyfriars Kirkyard was an apothecary garden run by Franciscan friars prior to the Scottish Reformation? Herbs have been grown on this site for 100s of years. Now we use them in cooking for members & our cafe Grassmarket Cafe.
