But the highlight of the weekend was easy - getting to see you in person My Love. It hurt like hell leaving on the final day, but even though I’m sad it’s over, I’m happier that it happened. We will see each other again soon, I promise 💛

The AirBNB group made the weekend even better. Getting to spend more time beyond the tourney with close friends was surreal to say the least. The in-person splatoon opens, botched cooking attempts and games of love letter / cards will be memories I won’t forget anytime soon.

On top of the tourney, finally getting to meet the people I’ve gotten to know online over the past year and a bit was incredible. Especially the A4TS, Rabbit Hole and Fickle Fish members, who have been a major part of my splatoon journey.

Huge shoutout to my teammates, Noctis, Natty, and Jazz 🫶. Was amazing to meet and play with y’all, couldn’t have asked for a better group. Our comp was so fun to play, and getting to use gloogas again was a blast from the past.

The tournament was an amazing experience, even if we ended up being runners up. The audience and general vibe was unmatched for me. Plus the weapon variety used reminded me of my passion for competitive splatoon in the first place.
