Worth noting this is just a coincidence, as Dan stated in the Concept Art Booklet that Sayori's name came from combining the names Sayuri and Saori!

While Dan worked on the game's story, his college friend Dave drew concept art of the school uniform and the girls' designs. A lot of these elements remained in the finalized designs! #DDLC
When DDLC first started development, Dan had to make some placeholder sprites. He found a free anime character creator tool named キャラクターなんとか機 and made these "little gremlins" as described by him. They're also known by some fans as the "Beta Dokis"! #DDLC

...Or at least, that is true if we don't count the LOOONG glitched dialogue from Yuri's death scene. Not sure if it counts as her dialogue since, well, she's dead. But if we do count it, then that actually makes Yuri first place with a whopping total of 3330 lines!
