All I knew was that I couldn't do the same stuff everybody else did and I didn't have the tools to understand or explain it. And it was so so lonely. Anyway, if you struggle with neurodivergence and want to feel seen (and/or cry a bunch), go ahead and watch that episode.

It sounds crazy, but seeing the Bluey episode "Army" about the Jack Russell from S2 was literally illuminating about my experience with ADHD.
When I was a kid, ADHD didn't feel taken very seriously. Partially it was overdiagnosed and overmedicated, partially just written off as hyper. So, compared to severe disorders, it always seemed to minor for me.
