I remember texting my cousin the day we signed Mal. Hyped as could be. He turned out to be my favorite Brave of all time. Mal's ability to score at every level, matched with the best defensive tool set the MVC has seen in decades is the reason he's an NBA champion. Rightfully #1.

From Sun Belt freshman of the year to Bradley legend. Duke Deen is the best shooter I've seen play for Bradley. His ability to make something out of absolutely nothing is a trait very few players have. And it is Duke's strength. A leader and a legend takes the #4 spot.

A do it all forward with great size and ability to score at every level. He elevated these Bradley teams after his red shirt and made plays consistently. Hopefully he bounces back after his injury and has a great season with Nebraska. An easy top 5 lock on my ballot.

Jordan Poyer is the worst player I've ever seen play in a dolphins jersey.

Overall it's fine. The big non con games on here we already knew about (USF, WSU, St. Bona). Wish St. Louis wasn't an exhibition, but all in all it's a decent schedule. Good kid majors and hosting a P6 school. Maybe it's better than first glance.

My VERY hot take:. Terry Roberts is the best guard I've seen play under Brian Wardle. If he spent more time with the Braves, he'd crack the top 3. He may have been up there on my list. 6 more spots and some excellent names still left. Stay tuned.

Had him a spot higher at 7. But talk about growth. When Darius walked in as a freshman, it showed. He elevated his game in ways coaches only dream of. An instant top 10 lock for my ballet and this list.

We learned one thing. Ollie Gordon is good.
