If you're thinking of starting your new year in the your-never-too-old-and-it's-never-too-late spirit of Noon, then take inspiration from #queenager Thelma Mensah who decided at the age of 51 to learn to swim and has written about her experience for Noon https://t.co/cZq4EugCYa

One of the things we love at Noon is when Queenagers share their experiences and what they've learnt from them in order to help other women going through something similar. Like this brilliantly insightful piece on the Noon website https://t.co/qthG1a3MJX
