I suck at my job severely. I just forget the steps and I got roasted by trainer that I was lacking behind and struggling. I was born with only one good skill, charisma, too bad you don't get paid being nice.

The human body is weird sometimes. Sometimes anomalous stuff happen that just cant be explained. Chron's disease hit me like that, labs showed everything was normal for 4 months straight including stool samples.
Ask for more procedures like cat scan or mri.
