If the trans movement was about, like, making sure gender non-conforming people aren’t fired or evicted, don’t face violence on the streets, & have help out of poverty, prostitution, & addiction, I wouldn’t think twice about supporting it. But mostly it’s not about that. 1/8
It’s more about promoting a postmodern, idealist, individualist ideology that denies the reality of biological sex. It’s a vehicle for Big Pharma to create life-long medical patients and for scuzzy fetishists to get society to play along with their kinks. By denying 2/8
biological sex, it invalidates homosexuality (& indeed heterosexuality), replacing it with attraction based on pronouns & the internal, subjective feelings of others. Anything else is “transphobic.” It de-materializes women too, reducing them to just a feeling or stereotypes. 3/8
Women’s sports may be the most visible example of this, but it affects all spaces for women, like crisis shelters and prisons.
All of this is pushing people away from trans activists. We are tired of the hyperbole and reality-denying nonsense. Many of us came to 4/8
When I was in a communist party, at one point the majority of the branch was white autistic trans high school/college kids. They were very unreliable & completely unable to connect with actual working class people. I felt like I was running a daycare for special needs kids. 1/8
women and gay people, and focus on the things materially impacting gender non-conforming people, like poverty, evictions, unemployment, homelessness, mental illness and addictions. 8/8
Its denial of material reality, pushing subjective idealism, invalidating homosexuality, abolishing women’s spaces, pushing drugs & surgeries (especially egregious when pushed on minors) to fatten the pockets of pharmaceutical companies, unilaterally revising language, 6/8
support the trans movement to begin with because we genuinely don’t want trans people to face violence/hardships. But the movement is hardly about that anymore. It’s Big Business now with all the corporations & non-profits buying in. And it’s not something I can support. 5/8
including languages that are inherently gendered like Spanish, all pushes people away and makes this movement hard to support. If it wants to soften the inevitable backlash it’s attracting, it needs to drop the reality-denying, the compelled speech, the hostility towards 7/8
Trans activists demand “trans rights.” And when you ask them what rights specifically, they’ll say “the right to exist.” But what does that mean exactly? Being trans isn’t a crime in Western countries, much less one punishable by death. One could argue that globally, gay men 1/7
Trans people are finding out how much other people’s support for them was really just politeness and not actually believing their delusions. We all know a man in a dress isn’t a woman but we also don’t want that man to face violence or feel hated by society.
I’ve known several gay men in their seventies. I have never met someone that age who is non-binary, demiboy, demisexual, grey ace, etc. Because being gay is a biological reality while all the other stuff is pure ideology & youth subculture that can be tried on like clothing.
Being in the party didn’t make them better communists; their presence just made the party worse. They brought in all kinds of liberal, postmodern nonsense. They created a toxic, cultish echo chamber completely disconnected from what most workers actually care about. And after 3/8
At first I thought that being in a communist party would be good for them. Maybe it would help them mature & stop being so damn weird so that they’d actually be able to connect with workers, not just other trans anime catgirls online. I was very wrong. 2/8
1/2 I feel really bad for one of my coworkers. She’s a lesbian in a long term relationship & about a year ago her partner decided she’s a man & began transitioning. Now everything is about her partner’s transition like it’s the most important thing. Her partner accuses her
much effort to educate them about Marxism only for them to join a cult that denounces Marx as a “whyte kkkolonizer kkkommunist.” It seemed like they just wanted to chase whatever looked the most “radical” and counter-culture, not the truth. They just wanted an edgy, fringe 5/8
Ten years ago we all mocked the misogynistic obese incel gamers with terrible hygiene and no social skills. But then those same gross men started calling themselves transwomen and now we all have to pretend they’re stunning & brave & the most oppressed people ever in history.
Lesbians are maybe 5% of the female population. But among male-to-female trans people, maybe half or more identify as lesbians. Isn’t that curious? I think the most likely explanation is that these are heterosexual males with an extreme, degenerate fetish for women.
This is why I, as a gay man, do not consider myself part of any “community” that includes the gender cult. These people are angry at the mere existence of gay people because we shatter their gender alchemy delusions.
law in the land that can force people to see you a certain way. Most trans people are easily identifiable as their biological sex & that’s just the reality that no law can ever change. 7/7
have much less of a “right to exist” than trans people because in countries like Iran, gay men are executed while trans people get free gender surgeries. Some gay men are even forced to transition so that they’ll appear like straight women. And in the West, gay men make up 2/7
2/2 of not being supportive enough, which is just not true. Her partner is constantly agitated & blows up over the tiniest things. The testosterone has turned her into a grotesque, sweaty, obese monster with reddish skin and a rapidly receding hairline. The whole thing’s a mess.
spending nearly a year trying to educate them on things like dialectical materialism, Marxist political economy, the history of socialist states, etc., they all left. Several joined the white support organization for Black Hammer, an insane anti-Marxist cult/scam. I put in so 4/8
aesthetic, not socialism. What I learned is that the western communist movement has a severe dearth of quality, disciplined, professional cadre; that may in fact be our biggest problem. When the Cuban Revolution began, Fidel only had about 50 men with him. The Communist Party 6/8
the largest group of hate crime victims by far. But you never hear trans activists bring up the struggles of gay men. Everything is always about themselves & they expect gays & lesbians to do all we can for their cause while they denigrate us as privileged, 3/7
it’s their right to think that about me. I’m not concerned about that, I’m concerned about actual, concrete rights, like the right to marry who I love. And if your identity hinges on how random strangers perceive you, you’re never going to be happy. There is no 6/7
@KsData78
She told me that she’s in therapy because she’s had “issues” with her partner transitioning. But really there’s nothing wrong with her and she doesn’t need therapy, her partner does. It’s brainwashing & gaslighting.
don’t “exist” the way they want to be seen. But controlling how others perceive you is not a right. It’s very different from the gay rights movement too. We wanted concrete rights, like the right to marry. If a Christian conservative thinks I’m an evil sinner for being gay, 5/7
transphobic “genital fetishists” & ignore or downplay the real struggles we still face as homosexuals. I think what trans activists really mean by “the right to exist” is that everyone must see them as they see themselves. Because if random strangers don’t “affirm” them, they 4/7
of China began on a small boat with just a few dozen people present. But through building a dedicated, competent cadre, they were able to succeed. Communist parties in the west will not succeed until they too can build up their cadre into a professional force. And it will not 7/8
@YiSiping
I had trans roommates for several years and have been around plenty of trans people in leftist spaces. I didn’t start to become critical of gender ideology until noticing some patterns and red flags in the trans community
This is why the gender fandom should not be lumped in with genuine homosexuals. They have nothing in common. Straight people will adopt and then drop a “non-binary” identity over the course of a year like it’s a form of queer tourism.
Transwomen: *gets all kinds of sponsorship deals, wins women’s sporting competitions, is constantly on TV, meets the president, is woman of the year*
Transmen: *receives attention for getting pregnant*
Isn’t that curious?
I can’t confirm any of this. But what I will say is that if you take a population of mental ill people, convince them they’re being subject to genocide, fill their heads with non-stop fearmongering & hysteria, they’re bound to snap eventually.
Trans people claim that gay people are “obsessed” with genitals. But gay people don’t spend tens of thousands of dollars on risky surgeries to mimic the genitals of the opposite sex. What could be more obsessive than that? It’s unhealthy and they’re projecting their obsession.
How was gay marriage the start of a “slippery slope” when the current trans/queer nonsense is driven largely by straight people? Straight men who call themselves trans lesbians, straight girls who say they’re trans gay boys, & bi/pan people who only seem to date the opposite sex.
If trans people have existed forever in indigenous cultures (not just existed but were *sacred* like trans activists claim), how did they survive without puberty blockers, plastic surgery, & synthetic hormones?
This is the other side of gender ideology. Expecting boys to be masculine just makes feminine boys think they should be girls, and vice versa. Without conservative gender ideology, postmodern/queer gender ideology wouldn’t exist.
Me: “Humans have five fingers on each hand.”
Subjective idealist: “Ackshually some people have six fingers or none at all. Therefore if I say I have nine fingers, that’s my identity & you can’t question it.”
Me: “But you clearly have five.”
Them: “Bigot fascist fingerphobe!!”
Update on my lesbian coworker with the spouse who is transitioning: they’re getting divorced now. 15 years down the drain so the spouse can turn herself into a bright red, obese, sweaty monster of a human.
Transgenderism destroys marriages and splits up families.
@BasedTruscum
@RealityGirlZine
Gender nonconforming people in nonwestern countries have existed pretty much forever and they didn’t have access to medical transitions for thousands of years. Yet their rates of suicide and other issues don’t seem elevated. I’m not convinced that medical transition is the answer
It’s scary how twisted the concept of consent has become thanks to queer activists. They “queered” consent apparently. In the MeToo era, consent had to be given enthusiastically, not coerced, and could be revoked at any time for any reason. Now, gays & lesbians are being told 1/4
People who experience same-sex attraction need our own community completely separate from the gender cult. We have nothing in common and all THEY have done is turn much of society against us and made younger gay people hate themselves for having a “transphobic genital fetish.”
1/5 When I was a young gay teen in the closet, I struggled a lot with gender. I never thought I was trans, but I didn’t feel like a “real” man. I was constantly told that being gay is the worst thing a man can be, that it means you aren’t a real man. It took years and years of
1/9 Trans activists have spent the past several years attacking gay people. They say we contribute nothing to the movement, that it was all done by “trans women of color,” that we don’t belong at Pride, that we don’t face any discrimination, that our sexuality is a bigoted
The first self-identified “queer” I met was some weird white girl in college who was part of the gay student group I was in. She claimed to be asexual. Anyway I recently came across her Facebook and now she’s in a relationship with a man.
Typical queer.
It’s because queer theory is inherently homophobic. It says that gay people must always be the weirdos, the outcasts, the freaks. The proponents of queer theory don’t want gay people to be like everyone else, to be productive, valued members of society. No, we must be freaks.
What is happening to the men in the west’s communist movement? I’ve seen this happen to several of them. After a few years of being on the left, they come out as trans and their mental health rapidly deteriorates. I truly believe this is a social contagion.
Imagine thinking that the “materialist” position on sex & gender is that it’s all subjective, every individual decides it for themselves & others can’t question it, it doesn’t need to be internally consistent or logical because it’s all VaLiD. Like that’s literally just idealism.
@TerfCafe
I really want to tell her that and just completely TERF out on her, but this is at my workplace after all and I need to keep it professional. The company I work for & the city where I live are both insanely woke so I know it likely wouldn’t end well for me.
Was arguing with a bi woman earlier who got pretty nasty when I pointed out that most bi ppl date/marry the opposite sex. I shared statistics to back it up & she could only say no/that’s a lie/it’s untrue. Zero counter-evidence. Then I saw she’s dating a trans-identified male 🙃
@All_I_CannotSay
The gulags were definitely real, but sentences were usually short and most came out alive. Gulag deaths peaked during the Nazi invasion which created medicine & food shortages. “Holodomor” was a deadly famine that affected the whole USSR, but it wasn’t an intentional genocide.
One thing that made me stop believing that “trans women are women” is seeing so many of them go into explicit, gory detail about all the violence and torture they fantasize about inflicting on “TERFs.”
Very male behavior if you ask me.
It’s impossible to dig deep into the issues with gender ideology with trans activists. You scratch just below the surface & ask basic questions & they resort to violent threats & personal attacks. They know their positions are ridiculous & that’s why they act like that.
@theJonathanEpps
Many gay rights were won *in spite* of libertarian ideology which does not think the government should lift a finger to help oppressed groups, and that private businesses should be free to discriminate any way they want. Early gay rights activists & orgs were communist.
The Western Left is filled to the brim with kids like this. They’re angry, loud, unstable, unable to accept criticism, and have a moral superiority about them. They’re one of the primary reasons the Left is so irrelevant & it’s why I focus so much on combating queer theory/idpol.
I’m so tired of dealing with these weirdos. And they only seem to spew this “genital preference” crap at gay people. Never straight people. Because they know how ludicrous it is. Gay people need to completely separate ourselves from the queer/trans cult, it’s hurting us.
When I hear trans people talk about “boy mode” and “girl mode” I can’t help but think that life is just one big video game to them. It’s also a very autistic way of viewing the world.
We were just told not to use the term “preferred pronouns” because it implies pronouns are a preference when really they’re “innate.” Meanwhile queer theory holds that gay people have a “genital preference” yet I highly doubt this meeting will touch on that. Being gay is passé.
I’ve been told that asexual people “CAN and DO have sex!” This is “super valid” apparently and to question it is “acephobic.”
I’m also told that asexuals face oppression based on the fact they don’t have sex.
So.
Which is it?
5/5 people think about their gender. Not feeling comfortable with traditional roles doesn’t make you trans. One of the most empowering things a gay person can do is embrace their gender despite all attempts to exclude them from it, whether from queer activists or rightwingers.
Me: “There’s too many weirdos in the communist movement & it’s scaring off normal workers. Until this changes the movement will always be fringe.”
6,482 accounts with anime profile pictures: “That’s not true, you’re making it up!! Transphobia!! Ableism!! Fascist!!”
Qeer fanatics are desperate to believe that those of us who back
#LGBWithoutTheTQ
are actually straight Christian conservatives. They can’t fathom that a gay atheist Communist like me opposes gender ideology. I think it’s projection since so many queers are just spicy straights.
2/5 struggling against this idea to accept that yes, I am a man, and I’m just as good as every straight man out there. Being gay does not diminish my maleness at all. It was like I had to rediscover what being a man means and challenge all the ridiculous gendered stereotypes
4/5 aren’t “real” men if they were like I was. That instead of embracing an expansive, inclusive view of maleness they should contort & surgically alter their bodies to mimic women. This is the same homophobia I experienced as a teen, but woke. It’s not true that only trans
I don’t want to see gay couples making out on TV or on billboards. I don’t want to see straight couples doing that either. I want a world that’s just far less sexualized across the board. I’m not a prude, I just think there are better values to promote & yes, think about the kids
1/2 It’s obvious now that the Western trans mvmnt. is completely dependent on Big Pharma. They use gender nonconformity in indigenous peoples, who have never used surgeries & hormones to be “affirmed,” to legitimize themselves, even though they’re something completely different.
@marionumber4
@OkiraOk
We aren’t safe with the TQIAP2S+ either. Y’all think homosexuality is a bigoted genital fetish and you think everyone should effectively be pansexual.
@comradeboyfie
I wasn’t “transphobic” until extremist trans activists started erasing gay history & editing it to center themselves, called gay men privileged bigots who face zero discrimination, said we don’t belong at Pride, and then reduced our sexual orientation to a “genital fetish.”
When I had transqueer roommates, the city renamed a street after Harvey Milk. And my roommates were all upset about it & wouldn’t really say why. They just knew they had to be against it. Then I realized they were just homophobes who didn’t want to see gay men celebrated.
There are so many gay bodybuilders out there it’s unreal. But they’re never used to represent gay men. No, we get represented by drag queens and soy boys instead, reinforcing the homophobic idea that gay men are all weak, effeminate clowns.
I was in a communist party that heavily pushed queer theory. It came mostly from the young members in college & the leadership would bend over backwards for them. The only definition of queer theory I could get was that it’s a “radical political identity.” Here’s the problem: 1/8
of progress made by the Women’s March & MeToo movement is now being undone by queer activists. It’s a boon for predators and sex pests alike, who gleefully use shaming and coercion to get what they want all with a “progressive” rainbow façade. 4/4
Actual gay people (like literal homosexuals) are a minority in the 2SLGBTQIAP+ “community.” It’s mostly bisexuals & insane straight identity collectors with unstable identities now. So when you see the reprehensible behavior from this group, just keep that in mind.
#GayNotQueer
that we need to “deconstruct our genital preference/fetish” in order to accommodate people of the opposite sex. We’re told that our uncomfortableness with the genitals of the opposite sex needs to be overcome. So much for “enthusiastic” consent. We’re back to the old 2/4
Trans ideology has destroyed any trace of materialism left in Western Marxism. It has people arguing that there’s no difference between a natural blonde and someone who dyes their hair blonde. Appearance is everything, essence is nothing. Marx would be horrified.
There is no “LGBT” community. Sexual orientation has an inherent conflict with “gender identity.” One is based in material reality, the other is an impossible fantasy. And the TQIAP2S+ idiocy is just dragging down the LGB. We need a divorce.
I’m very pro-choice but when I see the anarchist graffiti in town that says stuff like “abortion is fun and cool” I want to rip my hair out. I know women who have had abortions and it was not fun or cool, it was traumatizing.
3/5 surrounding maleness and masculinity. It took a lot of work but I finally reached a point where I’m confident as a man and don’t feel like I’m deficient in any way.
But then gender ideology came along and it’s telling a whole new generation of gay youths that maybe they
The US is not too big for a high speed rail network. Our ruling class just doesn’t possess the political will to get it built, which is the only thing preventing it.
