I happened to be at the Penn State game on Sat. Who could have guessed it would be James Franklin and Drew Allar’s last in Happy Valley? Big Allar fan & wish him all the best. Also more of a Franklin guy than many & truly value what he accomplished but it was time to part ways.

Much focus and attention on new players but the core group that was retained is a huge boost going in. Expecting jumps from Oswin, Mela. Hopefully a season long healthy Barron to show his true form. Nil character & effort. CFJ is the glue and lynchpin of it all. #pcbb

Red Sox go out with a whimper but it was a tense and entertaining series. MLB has fixed its product & that’s good. Also feels like it could be the Red Sox and Yankees getting back to their old ways battling for AL supremacy for the next 10 years.
