As Donald Trump continues his state visit in the UK, today and every day we say no to cruelty, hate and division. Trumpās complete disregard for human rights has shown that we must be loud and clear: torture is always wrong. No exceptions.

States have a legal duty to prevent torture and prevent genocide. The UK government must lead by example and do everything in its power to do exactly this - and ensure that all perpetrators are held to account. Justice for survivors depends on this.
