1 year ago today🌈💉 The UK now assesses ALL donors, regardless of their sexuality, on their individual risk - unlocking thousands of new gay and bi donors. Countries around the world are now looking to the UK and we're supporting their work so all those who could donate can.

Great to see Germany pursuing an individualised risk-based policy for gay and bi men in their new coalition deal. In June, the UK announced a world-leading blood donation policy, here's to more countries following suit 🎉🏳️🌈
