@RealDianeYap Racism aside. If you think about it, that would be such a bad business idea. Labor is the most expensive part of the restaurant industry, which is why most chinese restaurants are small and family owned. Buying chicken would be much cheaper then rat catching.

@caveman984 Right! No wonder they have to rely on Asian-run businesses in their neighborhoods, if this is any indication of their business sense.
