A quick clarification on the GRANITE Act: US citizens can sue US companies if they remove content because of EU rules. ❌ Not the EU ❌ Not EU courts Europe isn’t being “brought to its knees” – the US company is stuck between two legal systems. Political theater. That‘s all.

Politisches Theater.

@FreeAgainUSA @Chesschick01 The letter from EU Commissioner Thierry Breton reminds Elon Musk of X's obligations under the Digital Services Act to mitigate risks of harmful content amplification, in the context of the Trump interview. It does not explicitly demand censoring Trump or the interview, but urges

Was heulen die eigentlich wieder so rum?

@johnrockshomes Neither. You are a criminal that belongs in prison. How long depends on what crimes you committed. You are the furthest thing from a hero. J6 insurrectionists are garbage fake Americans. You don’t love this country. You love a convicted felon, pedophile and conman.

People keep calling X a “free speech” platform. It’s not. It’s a propaganda delivery system. Most of what you see isn’t debate - it’s disinformation and engineered noise designed to confuse and anger you.

@willchamberlain @EU The EU has to rebalance its relationship with the USA. Apart from being an important business partner, the USA has a different agenda and conflicting interests. Keep relying on an alliance with them would be a severe mistake for the EU!

@GuntherEagleman This is what the EU demands from X: 1. declare ads as ads 2. Clarify the blue checkmark as a paid lable 3. Give scientists numbers that's it. It is EU law and has to be followed.

@GuntherEagleman You mean propaganda. Also EU isn’t for censorship it’s for transparency. Don’t forget how Musk is pushing right wing content over anything else - that’s censorship. But your IQ is 45-47 range so..

@GuntherEagleman There's no panic in th EU, just a €120 million fine for X for not complying with EU regulation. Drawing from the US reactions, rather X & Co are panicking.

@willchamberlain American companies operating in and earning profits from the EU accept the regulations and face consequences if violated. Simple, clear, and hardly disputable.

@willchamberlain European companies operating in the U.S. need to respect U.S. laws. U.S. companies operating in Europe need to respect European laws. Simple.
